The nonprofit and nonpartisan HyelD organization aims to unite Armenians under a common platform, harnessing the collective economic, cultural, and political influence of the Armenian community to facilitate the expression of their views and the establishment of the Diaspora Armenian Parliament (DAP) through transparent democratic elections.

HyelD's Armenian identity card offers various benefits, including the facilitation of DAP's Diaspora representatives' elections, the establishment of a HyelD discount network, self-funding opportunities for DAP through the discount network, and enhanced collective economic bargaining power.
